- Health Harvest Tualang Honey is available in 4 gradings satisfy consumers with different therapy and maintenance needs: GOLD (rehabilitation), BLACK (health preservation), RED (health maintenance) and YELLOW (children development).

TOTAL ACTIVITY:

- The origin and nectar source determine the bioactivity of honey. The bioactivity of Tualang Honey is measured by Total Activity rating, equivalent to the UMF rating commonly used by Manuka honey.

- Honey with Total Activity 10+ or above reports therapy efficacy.

- Red Honey has Total Activity 10+, as tested by Minerva Scientific, UK.

POLLEN GRAINS:

- Pollen grains in honey reveal its authenticity and origin.

- In the global honey market, Health Harvest is one of the very few brands fully disclosing pollen grains of our Tualang Honey products to the consumers.

- It is estimated that every 10 grams of Red Honey contains more than 3.2 million pollen grains, being 32 times of Manuka Honey and other honeys.

EATING TIPS:

- Dosage: For Gold Honey, direct oral half teaspoon every morning and night. No more than 2 teaspoons daily. For Black/Red/Yellow Honeys, direct oral 1 teaspoon every morning and night. No more than 4 teaspoons daily.

- After taking Gold/Black Honey (for stronger efficacy) for a period of time, suggest switch to Red/Yellow Honey (for lighter efficacy), and continuous switching promotes better efficacy.

- Children should not take Gold Honey. Diabetics need to adjust the dosage according to their health condition.
